Mint

stUSDe is minted by depositing Ethena USD (USDe). The amount of stUSDe received is determined by the stUSDe/USDe exchange rate, which is updated every 8 hours, minus any applicable minting fees.

At the current stage of protocol implementation:

  • USDe can be used to mint stUSDe through the Strata UI.

  • Minting fees are currently waived.

  • stUSDe can also be acquired on secondary markets.
